Return & Exchange Policy
At Nubian Pride Designs, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Each product is made with care, purpose, and attention to detail — but we understand that there may be times when we fall short of that goal.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re happy to make it right. We offer both refunds and exchanges to ensure your experience with us is positive.
Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund or send out your replacement.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
If you’d prefer an exchange, we’ll gladly replace your item with the same product or one of equal value once your return is received and approved.
